- Take a photo of the packages
- Take a close-up photo of the shipping label
- Take a clear photo of the packing slip.
- Please ensure that the photo is very clear.
- Note: We will not process any order without the packing slip.
- Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via email.
We will process this as soon as we receive and check the incorrect product. And SHIPMENT WILL BE REPLACED
